Phase 8 Steps

  • Phase 8 - Developer Tasks, Record Final Map

    Please note that a significant amount of additional design and coordination services will be required during this phase.   

  • Developer Coordination Tasks Such as, but not limited to:

    It is the Client/Developer’s responsibility to complete various coordination tasks necessary to complete the subdivision process.  Typical examples of these tasks include:

    • Securing performance bonds
    • Obtaining lender signatures
    • Making utility applications
    • Prepare joint maintenance agreements
    • Payment of development fees 
    • etc.

    If requested by the Client/Developer, G&M can assist with the required final steps.


  • Final Approval from Municipality

    When all requested documents have been submitted and received by your local municipality, final approval will be then given.

  • Subdivision Process Complete

    Congratulations!  Your project is complete and you can now develop and work your plans.
