This phase includes receiving and responding to the various municipality agencies comments on the Final Map and Site Improvement Plans. Upon issuance of all of the Site Improvement Permits, the Property Owner can begin the construction of the project’s infrastructure.
You will now need to pay all the required development fees.
These fees can be substantial. When the construction is complete and all of the fees are paid, the Planning Department will release the Final Map for final signatures, approval and recordation with the local County.
