CAD Specialist, Level 2

Job Title: CAD Specialist

Reports Directly to: Project Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities

General

• Become familiar with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), G&M’s management and operating system, as it relates to your position..

Technical

• Responsible to perform all aspects of Civil 3D drafting, including mark-ups, with minimum verbal direction
  from Project Manager
• Ability to prepare annotations, sheet set-up, and Layers
• Must be able to communicate tasks with all TTMs as required

Communication/Customer Service

• Excellent people skills, i.e., ability to listen, relate to others on a personal or professional level, have empathy for others and a willingness to work together for the good of G&M.
• Communicate and coordinate with sub-consultants and clients.
• Communicate with TTMs.

Budget

• Responsible for budget control of your portion of assigned projects

Training

• Participate in on-going technical training for your professional development.
